-Shipping is currently only set up for destinations within Canada. If you are unable to ship to your destination, please contact me with your shipping information, and I can help you find a quote. I cannot ship to US locations at this time.

-PayPal is currently the only payment method I can accept at this time. I am working to get other payment methods active, but unable to at this moment. I will send out a notice to email subscribers when other payment methods are available. You can subscribe on the homepage.

-I am not currently offering custom designs. It may become a possibility in the future as I grow and move into manufacturing to ensure quality

-Shipping costs are determined by weight. When calculation shipping costs, I also have to include the cost for mailing supplies such as packaging and hidden fees. East Coast Flamingo does not profit off shipping costs

-An option for Canada-based shipping is available without tracking. This is meant for small lightweight products such as stickers and postcards that fall within letter mail eligibility. This is made to be a convenient option for small orders, but does come with the small risk of mail being lost. If you do not receive your order within a month of it being shipped out, please contact me.
